When Inpiste Ltd first approached us, they had a clear vision: to present their indoor snow-sports simulators in a compelling, immersive way, and to build a website that would communicate experience, facilitate bookings, and allow them to update content themselves without requiring constant developer intervention. Over several planning sessions, we formalised the user journeys; from landing on the homepage, through watching a showcase video, to checking safety information, browsing FAQs, locating the simulators’ features, and finally booking a session. We designed a responsive site that adapts gracefully across devices and screen sizes. We implemented a robust content management system so that Inpiste’s team can edit text, upload new images, adjust scheduling, and manage FAQs. Forms for contact, newsletter subscription, and booking were integrated, and the site was engineered for performance, SEO, SSL security, and compliance with UK/EU privacy regulations.
On the media side, we took their raw video footage of the Infinity Piste and SkyTechSport simulators, edited it; trim-down, colour correction, overlay graphics and titles, compressing and encoding into web-friendly formats. We designed a thumbnail preview, multiple resolution versions for different device capabilities, and ensured fallback formats. To serve the video reliably, we deployed a CDN-enabled video hosting solution so that when users clicked “Play Video,” playback was seamless and buffering was minimal, even under heavier traffic or on slower connections. Alongside, we provisioned the site hosting with sufficient capacity, set up monitoring, backups, and maintenance plans. The result was a polished, high-performance website that met Inpiste’s aims: attractive to visitors, easy to manage for their team, and technically robust.
